Webmail Setup

If you have been notified about an email transfer and you are unable to log into your WebSavannah Webmail, please refer to http://mail.emarketsouth.com, type in your entire email address for the user name and your password.

If you use an email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, iMail, etc., please follow the instructions below.

Set-up for Outlook 2002

1. Go to your Tools menu.
2. Scroll down to Email Accounts.
   
3. Choose View or Change existing email accounts.
4. Click Next.
   
5. Highlight mailboxnow.com or mail.websavannah.com or 208.247.233.6 (For different clients, there may different settings; highlight the one that most resembles any of the above.)
6. On the right side of that window, click on Change.
   
7. Set your incoming server to mail.yourDomain.com or mail.emarketsouth.com. If you access service with us, please change your outgoing server to mail.yourDomain.com or mail.emarketsouth.com. **If you do not have access service through us, please do not change your outgoing server**
8. Your username will be your entire email address (this includes @domain.com)
9. Your password will remain the same, unless it was less than 5 characters, then the letter a will be added to the end until it is 5 characters long.
   
10. Click on Next.
11. Click on Finish.
12. Congratulations! You have just completed the change over to the new system.

Outlook Express Email Set-up

1. Go to your Tools menu.
2. Scroll down to Accounts.
   
3. At the top of the window, there will be 4 tabs listed, select the mail tab.
   
4. Highlight mailboxnow.com or mail.websavannah.com or 208.247.233.6 (For different clients, there may different settings; highlight the one that most resembles any of the above.)
5. Next, select Properties.
   
6. Set your incoming server to mail.yourDomain.com or mail.emarketsouth.com. If you access service with us, please change your outgoing server to mail.yourDomain.com or mail.emarketsouth.com. **If you do not have access service through us, please do not change your outgoing server**
7. Your username will be your entire email address (this includes @domain.com) Your password will remain the same, unless it was less than 5 characters, then the letter a will be added to the end until it is 5 characters long.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Close.
10. Congratulations! You have just completed the change over to the new system.

Set-up for Apple Mail (for Macs)

1. On your top menu, go to Mail.
2. Scroll down to Preferences.
3. Select your Account.
   
4. Change Incoming and Outgoing mail servers to the appropriate names.
5. Congratulations! You've completed the email transfer.
